  My daughter's orthodontic treatment at this office have been very frustrating and stressful experience from the start to finish. When we first started, there was a different orthodontist (I unfortunately don't remember his name) who was excellent--kind, professional, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. After he left, the current orthodontist has been the complete opposite. He does not explain procedures, seems annoyed when asked questions, and overall gives the impression that he does not care about his patients. One of the first issues we encountered was with my daughter's headgear. Initially, we were provided extra pads to prevent irritation, which is standard since they get dirty and would cause a rash to my daughter's chin. Later, we were told we would have to pay $140 for the replacements. The orthodontist simply told me to clean the old ones, even though they were worn out and causing skin irritation, and I would clean them but they were worn out. Another major concern was the bite blocks placed on her molars. These fell off at least 10 times--some even during the night, creating a choking hazard. We had to return to the office repeatedly to have them reattached. Eventually, I insisted they be removed because I no longer felt they were safe. Things only got worse toward the end of treatment. On January 15th, a dental assistant named Ezequiel took an ultrasound inside my daughter's mouth for her retainer measurements. He was very rough to the point where my daughter had to raise her hand because she was in pain. When I asked him to be more careful, he became visibly irritated and dismissive. His behavior was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, especially when working with children. On February 17th, my daughter's braces were removed, but her retainer did not fit her which means that the last dental assistance did not do the correct measurements. When we returned on March 17th expecting to finally receive it, we were told it had not even been ordered. This was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. To me it looks like they are doing all this on purpose. I spoke with the manager, Danny, who has been the only person trying to help. He offered to provide an extra retainer at no cost and said it would be expedited. However, communication has still been poor, and there has been no consistent follow-up. We are now scheduled again for March 30th, and I sincerely hope the retainer is actually ready this time. Overall, this office shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and patient care. Between repeated errors, unsafe situation, and dismissive staff behaviors, this has been a terrible experience. If I had known it would be like this, I would have never brought my daughter here. My son goes to a different Orthodontist and I have never had any issues there. Nothing compare to this place.

  I had one of the worst experiences bringing my son here. The doctors were extremely unprofessional. I was asked to schedule an appointment, pull my son out of school, and rearrange my day—only to arrive and find out their equipment wasn’t even working. Nothing was done, and our time was completely wasted. To make matters worse, the doctor had the audacity to reschedule us because she was “too busy,” after clearly overbooking patients just to maximize profit. There was no regard for our time or my child’s needs. I will never trust this place with my child again. This is not quality care—it’s corporate greed and a complete lack of professionalism.

  I love this place because the staff is always warm and welcoming. My daughter has been there twice for procedure and each time we got a different doctor and both were suuuuper nice! The team made my daughter feel at ease. The place is clean and staff is professional.

  Our experience with this dental office has been extremely disappointing. My daughter was referred here for orthodontic treatment, and from the beginning, the quality of care has been concerning. The bite‑block they placed for her braces fell out four separate times, which could have been dangerous, yet the staff showed little concern when we returned. Each visit has been met with rude and inattentive behavior, as if helping us is an inconvenience. Another event happened on February 17 our daughter was supposed to received the retainer and the size didn’t fit so the told us to come back and when we went back they didn’t have it someone forgot to place the order, it just seem like they don’t care, We’ve taken our older son to another orthodontic provider and never encountered anything like this. Despite paying for treatment, we felt like we had to fight just to receive basic service. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this office, avoid this place to avoid a lot of headaches.

  Yesterday was my son’s 4th visit to Children’s Dental FunZone. The lady Doctor who checked my son this time was really nice. She clearly explained everything about my son’s oral health. I am really satisfied with that Doctor. Apart from that my son really loves his dental visit as he will receive a gift after every visit. Further, my son felt calm and safe during every visit. Now he is not giving me a hard time about dental care, which makes me so happy as a parent. Thank you for such a positive experience!
