StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Valencia offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    First time trying out stretch lab. My body definitely felt relaxed afterwards and came out more aware of areas I can focus and improve on. Raphael was very knowledgeable and professional. Felt very comfortable with the process. Would definitely recommend people to try.

    As usual, Nathan was great and always helps keep me flexible! Alternating upper & lower body stretches each week really makes a difference in my mobility and flexibility after a long work week. The staff is great and I look forward to the reminder texts that keep me on track. Im telling all my senior clients to check out Stretch Lab, as it’s part of our health insurance coverage this year too! Thank you again for participating & partnering in our SCAN HMO health plan!
