  I was the second one in the office at 8:15. By 10:15, I still had not seen a doctor or nurse practitioner, so I left. No one said anything about it taking so long.

  I've had this place as my primary care physician for about 6-7 years. Never met him once. I can't remember his name, that should mean something. Last visit, follow up to an emergency room visit for a foot injury. They took X-rays, at least 20 of them, saw nothing. Then offered a walking boot to replace the temporary ER splint. I accepted, of course. Only to find that this boot was made in 2010. The lot number "201006" is a bit of a giveaway. Point: they billed my insurance $350 for this trash, of which, I was responsible for $180. I have decent insurance. They simply billed the maximum amount. I will be changing primary care. Never setting foot in this place again. Turns out, after seeing a real doctor, I broke two bones and tore a ligament!!!! These people are shameless.

  Outstanding Care and Service I had an excellent experience at this office. The doctor was incredibly considerate and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on, which made me feel informed and supported throughout my visit. The entire staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

  Legit thee worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I came in 3x for X-rays. The first time, they told me they don’t do X-rays after a specific time which fair enough. I was advised to come back the following day & confirmed the time to come. The following day I arrived at the confirmed time only to be told they let the technician go home early. I informed the supervisor I was specifically told to arrive at said time because the technician would be there. After leaving my contact details and being told I’d be contacted when the technician was next available, I left. Well I never received a callback and instead had to call them back myself. After confirming the technician will in fact be there, once again I head over to do my X-rays. I was told the results would be emailed to me in 2-3 business days. Over a week later still no email. I called them today and asked if there’s some sort of a delay, only to find out my results were available but weren’t sent because I didn’t give an email. I informed the receptionist I did in fact give them all my contact details on the form I filled out on my previous visit. She checks my form, confirms it’s there, and simply says well looks like it wasn’t inputted. And that’s it. At this point all I could say is interesting and it would be great if my results can be emailed to me immediately. Honestly just terrible service overall.
