- DNDon nApr 1, 20262.0Absolute rip off. I paid over $500 last year for a pair of rubber insoles with arch support. I know they can make those for less than $10, but some research went into them, so fine. The neoprene "cushions" that came with them didn't last a year, so I went back to buy some more, thinking they were the same $20-30 that I paid last year. Apparently not. If you get the neoprene foot "cushions" (just regular neoprene) with the tiny patch of rubber under the big toe, apparently that is an EXTRA $20, or 67% increase. The grand total for just a couple of sole-shaped neoprene cutouts? Over $54! You can get 3 pairs of Dr. Scholls insoles for that price! And the sales guy acted like I was getting a deal. That's laughable.

Erin performed the analysis and explained their conditions and solutions in an understanding manner. But she made sure the youngsters also grasped the comprehension so that they knew what to expect. I did experience “sticker shock” at the price of the systems but am hoping it will be an investment in their future health. The free lifetime replacement and fitment as they grow was certainly a benefit. I hope The Good Feet Store recognizes Erin as an asset to the company. She didn’t pressure the sale, answered our questions, explained company policy thoroughly, and treated the kids with respect. It was an amazing experience.
