Erin performed the analysis and explained their conditions and solutions in an understanding manner. But she made sure the youngsters also grasped the comprehension so that they knew what to expect. I did experience “sticker shock” at the price of the systems but am hoping it will be an investment in their future health. The free lifetime replacement and fitment as they grow was certainly a benefit. I hope The Good Feet Store recognizes Erin as an asset to the company. She didn’t pressure the sale, answered our questions, explained company policy thoroughly, and treated the kids with respect. It was an amazing experience.
