- JJJJOct 14, 20241.0This pharmacy is dishonest. I went last week to pick up my medication. The Asian male pharmacist (wearing white coat) told me my medication was out of stock and that it would be ordered and would be in by Monday. I followed up today via phone call, and the female pharmacist told me that my medication was never ordered and that that it requires further approval from my doctor based on some company policy that can’t be found online or anywhere. I believe this policy is likely made up. It’s Very unfortunate that pharmacists end up being an obstacle to healthcare, and even worse that a company like Safeway employs these types. It’s a shame, you’d expect professionals to take more pride in their work. Or at the very least higher levels of integrity.
