- CMChristopher MontesNov 4, 20251.0Walked into this GNC with 2 returns. Manager immediately tells me I need to return them to the exact store I originally bought them from and follows it up with “we have no money for returns.” I told him I paid with card — he then says my profile isn’t in the system. I gave him my phone number three times (I’m a Pro Member… so trust me, I have history). He keeps saying I’m not in the system — then invites me behind the counter so he can “show me.” At that point I almost lost it. Called the Fairfield GNC and they helped me instantly, super nice, respectful, and had the return handled with zero issues. Don’t waste your time with GNC Vacaville. Unless you enjoy being gaslit, ignored, and made to feel like you’re the problem go to Fairfield instead.
