  Patty, my 91-year-old aunt's care companion quickly established a rapport with her, despite her progressive dementia. She filled in the gaps between family visits and her assisted-living caregivers' time with her. It made all the difference. I'm certain it Improved the quality of life throughout the time spent with her.

  After a hospital stay last year mom was needing more help at home. Comfort Keepers came out and assessed mom and her needs. She was matched perfectly with Erika H. Mom loves when Erika is there helping her and they have become friends. Erika is very caring and a blessing to our family as we know she is being well taken care of when we are at work.

  The help I received from Comfort keepers was so amazing, they were there for me and my Dad at every turn , my life was so much easier with them there.

  Received very poor care. Came late with little or no notice. Information care takers received in handoff was incorrect. Sent unqualified personelle. Did not respect dignity and wishes of client. On several occasions did not attend to hygiene needs of client.
