I've dealt with so many pharmacies from small mom and pop pharmacies to Walgreens and CVS, I got tired of every single one of them and when I switched to Vons Pharmacy I literally couldn't believe, that, #1 how genuinely Pleasant and helpful everyone is. #2 YES AN ACTUAL HUMAN ANSWERS THE PHONE! IMMEDIATELY!! #3 I've never been put on hold or made to feel like everything is such an inconvenience. And the crazy thing is, it's not just this Pharmacy in Upland but i also have the same experience with the Vons Pharmacy in Hesperia. So, THANK YOU!

My other pharmacy is terrible at contacting the doctor for prior authorization or to update prescriptions if there's a problem with supply. I transferred one prescription to this pharmacy because of the latter, and they also failed to contact the doctor. They claim to have sent a fax, but they can't prove it and the doctor says they never sent one. The staff thought this was hilarious, especially the one with the fake red hair.

This pharmacy didn't have what I needed in a pharmacy technician was kind enough to take the time to find me another pharmacy that may have what I need on his own phone. In my opinion that is great customer service that should be used at every business to show that they value their customers. That was unexpected and I was impressed. I won't forget to mention that this pharmacy I was very neat, organized, and just overall very well presentable. I definitely recommend this Upland Vons location to anyone in the area who is the looking for a pharmacy in the area where they can also do their shopping at the same time.
