I was referred here for a root canal that I still had pain from. After calling for 4 days and leaving messages with an “answering service” I never got a call back. I continued to call the office. Finally someone picked up the phone only to tell me she does not know when a dr will be in. She didn’t even know if they would be open for an ENTIRE WEEK and refused to schedule me an appointment. She had attitude and was not very helpful customer service. Extremely unprofessional.

I was told if the tooth couldn't be salvaged, the alternative would be extraction, then an implant. Long story short, Dr. De Leon saved my tooth! From booking the appointment, to receiving the procedure, and finalizing payment, I encountered the kindest most caring professional endodontist and staff.
