  Despite what my referral said- to only look at one spot on my face- Dr Ebony agreed to do a full body assessment when I asked her. I was extremely grateful as she found four other pre-cancerous spots on my chest and froze them off. She did not have to do that and I am extremely thankful that she did.

  Never go here!!!! They left me with a bald spot! I had a black female doctor from Houston, I asked to not leave me a bald spot bc she was taking out a benign cyst, she responded by saying she was going to fix me up w/no bald spot! What the hell is this then? It has been 1 year and my hair has not grown back!!!!!! They butchered me.

  Dr. Willett was so much more than I could have hoped for both in his knowledge base, immediate action in taking biopsies and in a super chill bedside manner. Not condescending in the least bit, spoke to me as though I’m intelligent and was super friendly to me and my friend who came with me! He answered all my questions and made sure to ask if I wanted to ask anything else. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I also loved the folks who work at the front windows and my nurse Natalie! They are also great when you make phone calls to the office. What a beautiful experience I had! I was referred by Kaiser and was worried that I wouldn’t be treated well, but I have the opposite and wonderful experience.

  Second time visiting with Matthew willett. From my experience so far he's been really really awesome. Makes you feel comfortable explains everything with great detail. When I got referred to this office I was really nervous going in for the first time. Dr willett and staff has definitely changed that for me. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody that's nervous going in for the first time.

  The office was very organized. There's plenty of front office staff and everybody's very helpful. The medical assistant was very pleasant. And Dr. Matthew Willett was very easy to speak with, shared information easily and did not rush the visit. All in all, it's a very good experience. The only improvement that could be made for this office is that there be more service providers so the first office visit isn't booked so far out and that the next office visit which is the procedure visit isn't so far apart as well. Taking so long to actually receive an appointment is very unusual and should be resolved as a priority to show more respect towards the patients needs. The length of time for the original two visit seems incongruent with other service providers and seems oddly out of step with the very efficient and friendly service that is the remainder of the patient's experience. Lastly, it might just be my experience, but it would be terrific if we could see the same doctor at the same location at reasonable time intervals rather than having to switch doctors or travel further distances. It's nice to see familiar office staff and familiar medical personnel and to establish a comfortable, consistent doctor patient relationship. This office did a great job and the critique portion is simply meant to be helpful. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
