She walked me through everything and scheduled my first appointment with Mayra and the professionalism and her wonderful attitude she worked with and my insurance company getting all the information and the redirection of my hearing aid referral and was able to get my hearing aids in a timely manner she went about and beyond to make sure it was happy This is my first time wearing hearing aids and and three of the ladies in this office Dawn, Mayra and Lisa are in my opinion this companies biggest assets they are a true example in how to take cate of and work with people. I highly recommend this office and trust me from the moment Dawn answers the phone to your appointments with Mayra and Lisa you will know that they are there for you. I want to thank all three of them for their kindness and help
