She took the time to understand not just the medical and practical requirements, but also my aunt’s personality and preferences, which made a big difference. The caregivers that Shirley selected were professional, respectful, and consistently kind. They provided not just physical support, but emotional comfort as well, helping my aunt feel safe, respected, and at ease in her own home.     We inquired their service (Union City) recently. The folks worked there were really professional and compassionate. The owner showed us that the company is licensed through department of social service for caregiving. All caregivers are employees and background checked with fingerprints (Lifescan) . There are strong processes and check points to ensure customized care are implemented properly. I was very impressed. They will be our first choice when we are ready to use home based senior service.
