  I checked in by text on arrival 10 minutes before my appt. I was called in at the time of the appt. My phlebotomist was very competent. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent experience.

  I had a frustrating experience with Quest Diagnostics. I came in just to pick up a container with a valid order, which should be a quick and simple process. I used the check-in tablet and selected the “container pick-up” option, but ended up waiting for a long time with no update. Eventually, I was told that I should have checked in as a walk-in instead, which was confusing since the system clearly provides a specific option for container pick-up. What made it more frustrating is that I was then told I might need an appointment, even though picking up a container should not require one. The whole process felt disorganized and unclear, and the check-in system did not match the actual workflow. This experience could definitely be improved by making the instructions clearer and ensuring the check-in options reflect how the process actually works.

  Do not trust this place with your toddler! Very disappointing experience. One staff member was rude and showed no patience while handling my toddler during a blood draw. Formal complaint was sent to their office. Let’s see how do they handle an unprofessional staff.

  Quest is a wonderful lab❣️ Easy to make appointment or change and easy check in .. I’ve always had very competent and upbeat lab staff.. thank you for a great service❣️

  Horrible experience at this location. My daughter needed blood work and her technician was very cold and rude and injured her arm. She had to ice it for days and the bruising was horrible. She ended up after drawing a small amount from one arm and having issues to then draw blood from the other arm as well. She barely spoke or gave any instructions just stuck her and actually wiggled the needle back and forth once it was in her arm. Something I have never seen done before moving the needle back and forth sideways while inserted? Never going here again. Awful technician and experience.
