My husband purchased a 3 month package for me (workouts 2x a week). I primarily worked out with Angela and sometimes Miguel and occasionally a few other trainers. While I was skeptical at first, I will say that the workouts have been great! I leave feeling shaky and tired after a 20-min. workout! My strength has increased during this time. And more importantly (for me), this experience forced me to get back into a routine of working out regularly again. Everyone there is so friendly, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend these workouts for those who need to jumpstart their health or improve it. And they will alter the workouts to meet your needs.
