I was looking for answers regarding my chronic fatigue and pain but each call felt like a sales pitch rather than informative. Even with tests, I got no insight on what might be going on with my health, just got pitched supplements and IVs. Customer service is great, everyone is very friendly, but I wanted some answers. I’m disappointed with my experience.

My regular GP just gave me a blood test and put me on drugs for high blood pressure and cholesterol that had such bad side effects that I became very sick and non-functioning. Here they put you on health supplements that do not have the debilitating side effects that drugs may and usually have from my own experience. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a non-drug way to treat your health. They are the best I have found.

I’ve been to other integrative doctors and had okay experiences, but nothing that compares to the level of personalized care I’ve received here. I have been seeing Ning, and I finally feel that I’m being listened to and receiving treatment that actually helps me get better and feel better. The entire staff are great as well: they are not only friendly but also have a level of professionalism that speaks to how much the clinic values its patients. I’ve been getting IV infusions & having always been told I’m a hard stick, I had some apprehensions. But the nurses at Lam are excellent at what they do — I usually get my infusions with You-Jin and I’m so appreciative of how well she does her job, is always sure to communicate what she’s doing as we go along, & makes the whole process as painless as possible (as has everyone else I’ve worked with as well). I would (& have!) recommend Lam to anyone, especially if you have struggled to find doctors who are able to really invest in personalized care.
