  I again needed care for a medical issue,last minute on a Friday night, and the care team at AFC made sure to get back to me promptly and provide the necessary treatment. I look forward to hopefully get the pain and discomfort behind me and get back to life. Like you guys, but hopefully won’t need to be in there anytime soon. Thank you again AFC team , u rock !!

  I made an appointment at 3:07 for 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. Arrived and checked in at 3:23. Got back into a room by 3:45. I needed to have my toe drained of fluid after trauma from a soccer game and had a great experience with Ian. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure my toe was fully numbed before beginning the procedure. Pretty seamless process and will definitely be back for future needs. Finished by 4:14.

  Came in for a routine STD screening, after not receiving my results by the time that they said I would I called in on my lunch break to be told that my results were back, but the doctor wanted me to come in to discuss my results. I asked if they could just send me them and I would come in later, and she said she would. All she sent me was a receipt for my last visit and then told me again that I would have to come in or call and talk to the doctor. I had to go back into work and teach thinking that I was positive for something once I got off work and called and talked to the doctor. He told me two of my tests were negative and they were still waiting for results on the third. completely unprofessional and quite sure that’s not the way this is supposed to be done. All of my results were not even back yet and two were negative. Why would they tell me I have to come in and pay another $25 co-pay to be told my tests aren’t even complete and I’m negative for the ones that are. I would suggest if you’re looking to get tested for anything to go anywhere else.

  I don’t remember the last time I had such a smooth experience either at an urgent care or doctors office in general. Kim, at the front desk, very efficient, got my insurance squared away and I was seen by the PA probably within 5 minutes. Dr. Caroline had to be the sweetest, most informative and attentive doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. A nice break from some docs I’ve become accustomed to. She answered all my questions, diagnosed my medical issue, and sent me on my way with a prescription in no time at all. I will definately come back if I need an urgent care in the future. Would recommend to anyone !!
