  Quest Diagnostics is very good in helping ppl with their appointments and signing in when having to use the keof machine to sign in.

  I am a repeat client so aware of the procedures for booking an appointment well in advance and check in has gotten a bit easier. I still think a receptionist would be a much better situation as I watch people come in and need help.

  Phlebotomists must be toooo Valuable and are worth so much they are unable to assist those who are not able to read and write to sign in. They have a curtain to further divide themselves from the patients. Isn't it just a 6 month training? maybe they need a 1 day customer service training. 'Non-skilled' trade employees treat their elderly customers with more dignity and humanity. If the problem is your company, the employees are complicit, for a paycheck.
