I was disappointed that my black card guest was not able to use the massage machines, seems like a guest should be able to do everything I can do. Also the 30 min workout was missing the light that indicates when to switch the workout. Also, members were using the machine not in sequence or doing the workout and slowed out workout. There were also a lot of steps I the middle which gave no room to use the steps as the workout indicated.
