  I went to the office in Tulare. I was impressed with the check-in procedure, which was very easy and user-friendly. When I went to the back, my phlebotomist was Anna Maria and she was extremely competent, friendly and professional. This was my first Quest use and I will use them exclusively from now on

  I usually don’t have a bad experience when I go there but today I was met with a toxic one. Not even 30 seconds into her job she flipped a script on me and refuse to service me. Workers like her seem to be emotionally and mentally immature with unprofessional and bad work practices. Whatever she was going through should of been left at the door before entering the job for the day. When you work in customer services and having a bad day call in sick until you’re well and capable to work with the public. Patience is a virtue and healthy and professional work habits make the company thrive. We pay to get services so always be mindful, without people that need services you wouldn’t have a job! One star for you 🫤only because there are no zeros to choose from. So do better next time!!! Props to the lady that came in to finish the services. She made my day and handled it professionally. 4 stars for her. Thank you!
