Lucina performed the eye exam , then she handed me off to Anna whom helped me pick the perfect frames . I was unsure since it was in a target store ; but glad I didn’t cancel my appointment . I can say , from the time I scheduled the appointment through the end they were the best . Thank you

It feels like things at that location have slowly been going downhill, and after that visit, I was hesitant to go to another Target Optical. I even considered switching to a different optometrist altogether. However, I decided to make the drive to the Tulare location — a place I used to visit years ago when I lived nearby and I’m so glad I did! A huge thank you to Anna, Stephanie, Dr. Ismael, and Lili for all of their help. I explained what happened at the other location, and they went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I was completely taken care of. After being a Target Optical customer for over 10 years, I was genuinely thinking about leaving, but this experience completely changed my mind. I’ll gladly continue going and will happily make the drive to Tulare because of the amazing customer service I received. Thanks again, Anna, Stephanie, Dr. Ismael, and Lili, for everything!
