  Was late for my appointment for 5 minutes, with 2 kids, the worker said that it’s her break time she can’t draw the blood anymore. As far as I know there is 10 minutes grace period but she said she can’t do it. She was a very rude Spanish woman, and told us that no other nearby quest labs have availability, and that I need to make another appointment. So I went to another quest lab and did the test in an hour. Will never go to this location anymore.

  They really need to fire that lady who works here. Her attitude and demeanor are unprofessional and she works as if she doesn't care about any of the people she is drawing blood from. Stay away from here. You are better off going to the one in La Canada,

  This is the place to go. Olga is the friendliest Russian lady you will ever meet! So cheerful, very good at her job, very talkative, the location is clean and well kept. She was super prompt at returning for lunch for my appointment right at 1 pm. The place wasn't busy at all and I was out in 15 minutes! Incroyable. Will definitely come back here for all my bloodwork needs. Thanks Olga! :)
