Unlike Rite Aid and Vons they don't make mistakes (such as giving wrong medication, wrong dose, wrong name, wrong date) or make up excuses for not having medication in stock. They DO explain how to navigate insurance and offer suggestions on how to save money, explain how medications work - and offer empathy and concern. I have a powerful advocate in the Albertsons pharmacy staff.
