Never got a call back on prescription transfer complete status despite asking them for it when I filled the transfer. On top of that, they wouldn’t answer the phone during their business hours. Had to call mountain house Safeway pharmacy to find out the status of my prescription. Finally got a hold of the staff at Tracy pharmacy and they just casually tell me you need to signup for text update. WHAT? You were gonna sit in that TRANSFER for ever and would never let me know of it. I am a new/transfer customer. Let me know you got the prescription by calling me back. Forget text update sign on - that can come later when I pick up my very first transferred prescription at Tracy branch. Come on!
