  The girl who drew my blood was very nice, respectful, and efficient. The place was very clean. I recommend making your appointment on line. Super easy.

  Extremely rude staff member . I did not get her name but she wears a head scarf. I was there 30 mins before the appointment and I was told that they dont have any orders from the doctors office but the doctor told me that they do have active order from Oct 2025. They refused to search using the order confirmation number and were very particular to search based on my last name. They only carried the tests when doctors office emailed the order copy. Avoid this place and go to stockton or other quest center in Tracy. Avoid Avoid if you value your self and your time. Surprise : I heard them asking a lady just for confirmation number before letting her in. So it seems they have some rude technicians who have biases against some people or races because the rude tehnician waved hand at me as if I am a worthless person and also was kind of yelling at me instead of listening to what the doctors office asked me to commiunicate(search using order number)?
