Dr. Jerald is a Bay Area native born in San Francisco, CA, and grew up in Union City, CA. He graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. With his own health issues growing up from shoulder pain, postural pain, asthma, and digestive issues, throughout the years he did not see much results from care with his medical doctor and multiple physical therapy sessions. Dr. Jerald received his first chiropractic adjustment back in 2009 where he experienced the benefits of an adjustment and holistic healing. The results chiropractic care had on his overall health issues was unbelievable to him.
Dr. Jerald has always had a passion for owning his own business, fitness, health and wellness. He put two and two together; his experience with chiropractic care, his passion for business, fitness, health and wellness, decided to take a leap of faith to follow his heart and left the corporate world and enrolled in Life Chiropractic College West… and the rest is history.

- KJKay JiménezDec 11, 20255.0I started seeing Dr. Chavez in May 2025 for severe sciatic pain that left me completely debilitated and barely able to move for many weeks. From day one, he created a personalized treatment plan and gave me various exercise protocols to follow at home. I saw him once or twice a week, and over time—especially heading into the fall—I finally began to feel consistent relief. As of today, I am fully healed and continue to see him weekly for maintenance. I’m beyond grateful for his expertise, patience, and commitment to helping me get my mobility back. - KNKalita NSep 17, 20245.0Dr Jerald truly cares about his patients . I’ve never been to a chiropractor ever in my life, yet alone been adjusted. It’s been amazing. I feel more limber and aligned. I pulled my back a few months ago. He got me back on my feet, literally. I highly recommend going to see him. Kelly, his wife/front desk manager is very responsive and super friendly. They both put out a welcoming and positive vibe for sure. Go get adjusted!

Right before my visits began with Dr. Jerald, I was seeing another chiropractor, but did not feel they were focusing on my concerns and routinely do the same adjustments every visit. With Dr. Jerald, he actually focuses what can be causing your concerns and follows through with sending YouTube videos with stretches you can do at home. I went in having headaches at least twice a week, poor posture, and right shoulder pain from an injury. After consistently visiting Dr. Jerald, all those are no longer there. I cannot praise Dr. Jerald enough and highly recommend anyone looking for a chiropractor to come in for a visit!
