I didn’t know what to expect and Amanda and staff were so welcoming they put my nerves at rest! The studio was very clean, and I loved the ambiance. I liked how they had cubbies to hold our belongings too.

I’ve been really consistent with Pilates lately, and I truly enjoy her high energy and the way she runs her classes. She always mixes things up, keeps the workouts engaging, and makes sure everyone has proper posture and correct movement throughout. I would absolutely recommend her classes to anyone.
