  I think this field and this office impacts so many lives. My children love it here. They are provided a safe space and given creative freedom to grow into the best versions of themselves and that helps me with them at home so much.

  As a parent, I expected a blend of professionalism, consistency, and supportive guidance; unfortunately, those expectations were not met. It has become increasingly clear that the supervisor is not effectively fulfilling their role. The most concerning issues was the apparent high turnover rate among staff members. I understand that staff changes can happen, but this level of turnover made it extremely difficult for my child. The overall structure of the programs felt disorganized. The lack of consistent staff, and a generic approach to treatment has left me searching for other options. I hope they can address these issues for the sake of other families who may be facing similar struggles. For now I cannot recommend their services. The only positive thing I can say of this place is that the front desk always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming.

  Seems friendly. They only offer OT in Irvine location.

  My daughter was enrolled here for about 8 months. They always cancel, they’ll call an hour before her session, and cancel. Has this ridiculous 5 mins late policy, yet don’t hold any accountability with the staff. My daughter wasn’t even able to establish care with anyone because the constant cancellations. Would go weeks without sessions due to staffing. I believe they caused more harm. My daughter had way more behaviors when she went. Makes me concerned about what was going on. They never allowed her to play with peers, kept her in a room for 4 hours

  Love, love this place and the services offered. By far the best therapists and services offered through our Autism journey. My daughter loves the group therapy addressing socialism. It’s a small group and she has made great progress.
