  * I was very pleased with Dr. Nimah Ather & her Gastroenterology team. * I arrived early today & was seen almost immediately. * The doctor was very gracious, helpful & extremely patient in listening to & addressing my key health issues. * She was very classy & professional which left me with a feeling of assurance & a strong sense of confidence in her ability to address my issues. * I would happily recommend this physician to close friends & family based on today's very warm & positive experience.

  Overall I was very disappointed with the service I received, not only with the doctors recommendations but the way they handled billing. I was seen by the Dr. for less than 15 minutes, no tests run, and was told to take a fiber pill (which did nothing) and they charged my insurance $800 for that. When I called and asked how much the cost would be without insurance they quoted me $275. I tried calling, asking for assistance, and was met with unanswered calls and a bill that far exceeded the level of service I received. I regret choosing this establishment for care.

  Vanessa, Juan, and Nick (supervisor) that I spoke with regarding my appointments, labs, and other requests are all extremely great at what they do. They genuinely seem to enjoy going the extra mile for their patients to understand what we need, and to ensure that we get the best service possible. Very communicative, efficient, and friendly. Thank you for having such a great team in the frontline taking care of your patients.
