Very sad this office is very inefficient, non caring & unprofessional now front desk won't even let you talk to the physicians to schedule their own appt saying everything is booked 6mo out? That's ridiculous even for long time patients its all about "availability" vs need ~like my Dr but hate her office & how they handle patients or customers that give them jobs!

Very disappointed with the first interaction on the phone while trying to make an appointment. The first person I spoke with was very rude and tried to get me off the phone asap, mind you I was waiting at least 20 minutes just for someone to answer the phone. I was asked to email my referral before I could make an appointment, so I did. Apparently the picture I emailed wasn’t good enough, she said that it needs to be 3 pages, and if I could get my doctor to send it, then hung up on me. I managed to get the doctor to send it and called back. I was lucky to get another person to answer the phone who seemed nicer but after finding out my insurance she made this disgusted sigh. After being on hold for a while I was able to get an appointment for a consult for 3 months later, and no idea how long I would have to wait for the actual appointment for the procedure. I understand that they are busy, but why are they rude to someone who is trying to receive care. I’m not even sure about getting treatment from them.
They need to get better people working the front desk, who actually want to be there and help their patients.
Like any other medical facility, it is at first hard to get in, but the staff is kind, as is my doctor, & will work with you. I have been treated respectfully as well as professionally. My Doctor & her staff try to answer all my questions and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend this practice.
Just had a very condescending interaction while trying to schedule an appointment with a staff member named Silvia. Was extremely rude and not knowledgeable about insurance processes. When I politely corrected her she proceed to attempt to discourage me from scheduling and said “Well anyways we are scheduling until March so…”
It’s already hard enough for people to work up the courage to schedule these types of appointments. Having rude administrators only increases the risk of people not seeking care. For a place with such high reviews I was shocked to have such an out of nowhere rude experience.
Definitely seek care elsewhere these people don’t want your business.
