  My doctor wanted me to have an annual physical exam, and he ordered the lab work. First of all, I went to the Queet diagnostic laboratory in another place, Torrance, but the lab was closed. Then, they put a sign, and it said that they had moved to the other location in Torrance. Anyway, the next day, I went to the new location of Quest Diagnostics laboratory. When I walked into the laboratory, nobody was there. They asked me to register on the computer machine. I registered my name, birthday. I scanned my insurance card on the computer machine. And that was it! It was simple and very fast to register. Then, after 5 mining, a lab technician called me for my blood drawing. Everything was all done in 10 minutes. It was pretty fast services. I didn't even have an appointment, too. I like their customer service too. The technician was attentive, friendly & professional. Usually, if you didn't make an appointment for the lab work, I had to wait for a long time. It was a good experience that I had in Quest Diagnostics Laboratory.

  I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm sitting in the lobby now and every employee has been very nice and professional to everyone. I came in with a different request as my sample needs sent off to a hospital. They said they don't do that but would make an exception this one time. Could have easily turned me away. Would highly recommend this site.

  You guys are all wrong like failure they are actually doing nothing and delayed my surgery every time. Do not go to this place.

  Beware!!If I could put 0 stars I would. The attitude and unprofessional behavior of the tech Maria and the atmosphere is sure to turn your stomach. Our appointment was close to closing(noon) and the handling of their patients were rushed ,rude, and blatant.Our 1st and last experience here.23441 Maddison is my recommendation.The difference in care, respect, and professionalism is unmatched.

  I went to do a blood test prior to a treatment, They have my Drs order and they did my test incomplete. Very frustrating.
