  Quest Diagnostics really needs to rethink how they handle stand-by patients. It’s telling how many 1-star reviews they have—this feels less patient-focused and more like a rigid business operation. I checked in on a Saturday at 9:40 AM as #5 on the stand-by list. The kiosk estimated a 45–60+ minute wait, but never indicated there was a chance we wouldn’t be seen at all. After waiting patiently for over two hours, at noon a lab tech came out and told everyone on stand-by (including the four ahead of me) that the lab was now closed for the day. Spending that time in the waiting area—watching a looping ad from the CEO on repeat—only to be turned away was frustrating and avoidable. A simple heads-up that stand-by patients might not be accommodated would have allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to stay or leave. Also worth noting: every restroom in the building was locked. Transparency and basic consideration for patients would go a long way here.

  Quick, clean, and convenient, very little wait time, easy checkin with the kiosk, the phlebotomist was very skilled and friendly

  I made an appointment and even though I did, I still showed up an hour early since it was a weekday(hoping I could maybe be seen sooner than my appointment). I walked in and there was no one in the waiting room. I checked in and thought, this shouldn't take long....WRONG! Even though I checked in and no one was in the waiting room, Quest is so lame they won't help you. I watched the waiting room start to fill up and people get called and then it was just me again. I had to ask a worker if they could take me since no one was waiting after some hassle they did. The hack if you have to visit Quest and you're available on the weekday is to show up earlier in the day, ideally before lunch and don't make an appointment. Showed up around 9am - NO APPOINTMENT and there were a few people in the waiting room and the check in board showed they had showed up more than 10 minutes early for their appointments and I was the only one on standby and I got called in right away. I don't know why Quest doesn't take appointments as soon as they check in at the kiosk, but whatever, in and out in 15 minutes.....i'll take it.

  Easy online appointment process and excellent staff make for a great overall experience. You get a text message on your phone and click on it when you arrive. No check-in hassle at all.

  I came in on March 18 around 11:40 AM for a blood test after driving 40 minutes and paying nearly $200 online. The experience was extremely disappointing. The nurse was rude, unprofessional, and made me very uncomfortable. Even though I had already purchased the test online, she kept repeatedly and rudely asking about my doctor. On top of that, this was the most painful blood draw I have ever experienced. I have received more professional treatment at public hospitals for free. For the price they charge, this service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place!!!
