Keith and TanR (management) are professional and will go the extra mile to help with any issues a member may have. Although, the entire staff is worthy of praise - Yanni would be my MVP - I observed Yanni display the patience of a Nun ☺️she was incredibly nice and helpful to 3 elderly ladies. It was like watching a "Hallmark" special. Honestly, I would have weaseled my way out of what I perceived to be an exhaustive exercise of customer service. However, around the 20min mark I appreciated her efforts and how shallow my thinking was. I thought about how I would want someone to treat an elderly family member. Management is top notch but Yanni is an absolute star!

The place is clean and the staff are nice, but you can’t have music blaring so loud that you can hear it over your headphones and it makes you want to run away when you take them off. I have been traveling the US for over 15 months and been to hundreds of different Planet Fitness locations and have never had music so loud! And the staff says there is nothing they can do about it! How can you take pride in your gym but not in your customers comfort level…..
