  Such a great experience ! Liliana was soo helpful , she assisted me through my insurance process all Way through helping me choose glasses ! Plus they have the greatest & most popular brands ! From now on LensCrafters is my Go to ! Lastly , thank U to the manager for honoring my GOV discount. FYI they’re located by Nordstrom 2nd FL :)

  Although the folks working at the store were helpful, nobody could tell me what the outcome of my eye exam was. I believe that the patient/customer has the right to know what his or her stigmatism is. Al other eye exams I ever had in my life, I have always been told what my diagnosis was 20/20, 20/18? What did my insurance cover? Do I have to pay extra to learn this? JS

  I recently visited LensCrafters to have my new glasses adjusted, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Angie. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude that instantly made the experience enjoyable. She took the time to carefully examine my glasses, listen to my concerns, and explain what she was going to do before making any adjustments. Her attention to detail made me feel like I was in great hands. Angie’s professionalism combined with her sweet and patient demeanor truly stood out and made the visit feel personal rather than just transactional. Not only did Angie make my glasses fit perfectly and comfortably, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the result. She checked in multiple times during the adjustment process to make sure everything felt right and offered helpful tips for maintaining my glasses. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine, and Angie delivered it effortlessly. I left LensCrafters not only with glasses that fit like a dream but also with a big smile thanks to her kindness. This store’s energy is so much better because of her.

  I had such a great experience at my eye exam! Tommie, Stella, and Angie were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tommie was professional and thorough, making the whole exam feel comfortable and easy. Stella was so welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions with patience. And Angie went above and beyond helping me pick out frames and making sure everything fit perfectly. The whole team made the process smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!
