  I refuse to go anywhere else, Dr. Hosaka is great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Advance Family Eye Care. When we initially signed the agreement for my children’s specialty lenses, we were clearly told that the second year would come with a discounted price. Specifically, the program cost was about $2,700 per child, and we were told that for the second year there would be a $1,000 discount for each child. However, when it was time to renew, the optometry office completely ignored this agreement and insisted that we pay the full original amount again for the second year. In other words, the promised $1,000 discount per child was not honored at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that both of my sons receive their lenses at this optometry office, and our entire family has been going there for eye exams, glasses, and specialty lenses. We have been loyal customers, but unfortunately loyalty and trust did not seem to matter in this situation. Because of this experience and the way the issue was handled, I have decided to take my family elsewhere and find an optometry practice that values honesty, transparency, and long-term patient relationships.

  I had a very positive experience at the Advanced Family Eye Care. Dr. Anna Parfenova is very attentive, professional, and caring. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Service truly deserves the highest rating. I highly recommend this health care provider.

  Nice, warm, and friendly office. Dr was on time, thorough, and gave step by step explanations of what she was doing. I highly recommend.

  Very friendly from the second you walk in. I've been to a lot of eye doctors, and I have to say Dr.Parfenova was the most professional doctor I've seen. Very informative and makes you fill at ease with how she explains and and shows you exactly what is going on with your eyes. I would recommend everyone to try out advanced family eye care ones, you won't regret it and I guarantee you will be back.
