This establishment is a joke! Poor communication and lack of care. I made a same-day appointment for 2 PM. I waited almost 2 hours to finally be put in an exam room. Then after another hour someone walked in the room and said “this rooms empty” and I said “no it’s not” the person was clearly surprised I was in there. I asked how much longer and was told “shortly”. 30 minutes later I come out and see 2 nurses giggling and talking amongst themselves and tell them that the doctor still has not arrived. After 3.5 hours, I asked for my co-pay back and told them I was leaving. The reply was “just go back and wait the dr will be in shortly” and I said “no I want to leave”. It was such a bad experience I will never be back.

Avoid this place! They are thieves and incompetent. I'll start with the incompetence-brought my 2 year old and they said he just had a viral infection and could test for Covid (without being seen by a PA first). I declined and said I wanted to see the doctor. The PA comes in and says 'well based of what you're describing he just has a viral infection nothing we can do.' I KNEW something was wrong so I left and I took my child to another urgent care. By this time he was having trouble getting enough oxygen and all the doctors immediately ran in and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Can you imagine if I would have just taken him home? The doctors at the other urgent care immediately knew he was ill! I would NEVER return to AFC and tell all my family to avoid it at all costs. Aside from that they steal! They charged me way more than they should have for my co payment and when I questioned they got annoyed and got even more annoyed when I asked for a printout of my visit with receipt. I got bill in the mail that shows I never paid copay (good thing I asked for that receipt) in total I was overcharged $465. I called them, left numerous messages and called the billing who only told me that the instructed AFC to return payment. Have they done that? No. Will they ever? No. They just dodge messages and calls. Please please please find someplace else to be seen and if you have no other choice save your receipts.

Absolutely the worst urgent care I have ever been to in my entire life. No one should wait an hour and 30 minutes when you’ve already gone to the second small waiting room to see the doctor and if you only have one doctor on staff then maybe you shouldn’t have such close scheduling so that other patients aren’t waiting so Long. I’ve been to many urgent cares never one that took reservations and I’ve been in and out faster than this one having secured an appointment. All voice to text cause I couldn’t be bothered with Typing this out. And the one thing I almost left out it wasn’t even busy. There were only one appointment ahead of me

This Urgent care is extremely non helpful and unprofessional. I went in for a random drug test by my employer. Immediately upon arrival, I had to pee but I held out just to get my paperwork done first to get checked in. Almost done with check in paperwork, I let the receptionist and technician know that I needed to go pee and was told it was someone else before me waiting to test and that it was ok to just go to the restroom in the lobby without peeing in the cup. I was also told that the guy who does the testing went out for lunch and wouldn’t be back for another 10-15 minutes. My response was ok, I’ll try to wait a little longer but after a couple more minutes, I really had to go. It turns out the restroom door has a 4 digit code for entry and when I went back for the code there was no one at the front desk anymore. The guy technician who went out for lunch returned and I asked him for the code after he settled in. By this time I’m hoping around back in the lobby. After peeing, the damn soap dispenser doesn’t work so I had to open the dispenser to get soap to wash hands. And when I came out the restroom door to sit down, the same guy who gave me the restroom code told me that he was ready for me to test pee in the cup after peeing in the lobby restroom. Mind you, the patient who got there before still waiting to text herself. Very unprofessional Especially the woman lab tech who told me no one was there to test me at the time and someone was before me. She actually had an attitude about it as if I was an inconvenience just asking questions about testing me because it was an emergency.

Women please read before coming here!! I came in because I was experiencing a cough and body aches/weakness after taking care of my boyfriend who has bronchitis and influenza type A. I told a nurse practitioner this, who noted it. She also asked if I’m on any other medication and I told her birth control which she also noted. When the doctor came in and I told her my symptoms and how I was caring for my sick boyfriend, she immediately ordered a pregnancy test?? With no hesitation. I was very taken aback and too weak to question why or debate it. Didn’t even start a flu test first, I had to go take the pregnancy test, come back and wait for the nose swab. When the doctor came back in after the nose swab results came in, she just told me I have influenza type A and that I’m being prescribed tamiflu. She did not even tell me the results of the pregnancy test, or anything about the medication I was prescribed. I was very unhappy with this experience with this doctor. I felt very rushed and violated. All the other staff that I talked to were very nice and helpful though.
