The staff is very professional and the lady that did my eye exam was very nice and explained everything to me and allowed me to ask any questions I had. I had an appointment and they took me right on time. The store has a large selection, the prices are reasonable and having owned Warby Parker glasses already for the past year I can vouch for their quality. I have found them to be very durable. My whole family uses Warby Parker and I highly recommend them. I am not affiliated in any way with Warby Parker, this store, or anyone working there. I am just a happy customer.

This was my second time purchasing frames, first time getting my exam at WP. I was blown away by the excellent service and they even helped me get a reimbursement from my insurance. Amazing customer service.
