  NOT impressed with this urgent care. Professionalism is questionable. I called the thousand oaks location yesterday to verify if they take Medi Cal. The receptionist said they do. She did not ask which type etc. The receptionist did NOT clarify that they DO NOT accept gold coast version. I then went out of my way to drive there for them to only clarify at the front desk. Then one of the receptionists with blonde hair laughed at me as i asked which UCLA locations take Medi Cal gold coast. I do not reccomend!

  The doctor I had was great…but I asked a question during my physical about a symptom I had. The doctor put it in the notes. Apparently if you bring any issue or symptom up during a physical it will be charged as a separate doctor visit.

  Great experience with all the doctors there (especially Dr Milani). Generally good customer service at the front desk but ANTOINE WILLIAMS who makes appointments is FANTASTIC!!

  UCLA health over charges for services. My family followed our pediatrician to this new company only to be bill shocked with our first visit. We returned to old office with new pediatrician. Rates are 4-5 times higher for same services. Sad we had to let our family doctor go.
