  Using any phone line in UCLA requires one waits for two minutes of superfluous information about vaccines before I can make a selection on phone. Then after ten minutes of holding and surprise transfers I find a woman who can't tell me if I'm covered, can't tell me how much the bill will cost, can't tell me who can, and then when I asked who I talk to to complain, she hung up on me. Now, that's service!

  Very depressing place, The nurses and office staff are pretty fly, Takes forever for them to answer the phone, very cold crowd and not professional
