  I know these things vary, but it really was immediate care. Questions answered, appropriate measures taken, expertise evident, the whole package.

  Going to the urgent care is never fun. But if you have to go, there are far worse places than this one. The building is modern, clean, and pristine. The intake process was smooth, the wait was not long (which you can check on the app in advance), and the waiting room was comfortable. When seen, the care given felt truly caring. We were in a car accident, and the doctor gave his advice, suggestions, and validated a lot of what was going on. This was the first visit to this location for me, and next time something unexpected happens, this location will be near the top of my list.

  I have come into this urgent care multiple times for just a variety of issues. I have always been treated exceptionally well by all the physicians here. Nurses techs as a matter of fact multiple times I’ve wanted to switch out my primary to one of the doctors that’s working here all of them are so great. They don’t rush you they listen to you. They are super nice. Very concerned. Read your chart. Take their time order the appropriate lab work. Send you for whatever diagnostics you need. I’ve never had a long wait. There’s an on-site lab they can order you ultrasounds or whatever imaging you need they correlate with your other doctors. I cannot speak highly enough of this urgent care. I’ve also gone to several other Ucla urgent cares and had the greatest care available. I really appreciate that they’re expanding around and they also helped out my daughter a few times when she has been sick. For a single mom in palliative care this is the kind of care that needs to be in every community.

  Dr Daniel Gonzalez and NP Monica were both so helpful and professional. Seriously amazing! I cut a little chunk off the top of my thumb while cooking dinner and they made me feel so relaxed and at ease when I showed up an hour before they close. It was so refreshing to deal with professionals that truly care about you and are knowledgeable about what they are doing. The girls at the front desk were also very nice and accommodating. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Amazing service! Great staff! They really helped turn my night around! Thank you!!
