I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker in Westlake Village. The optician helped me with changing the lenses in the frames I bought last year. My prescription changed. He (Jakob) was careful, kind and knowledgeable. He made sure my prescription was complete and right. I was very impressed and recommend Warby Parker. I have been a good customer for several years.

Dr Saima Naseem was just wonderful! She was patient with my questions and I wasn’t rushed to get through the appointment like my previous doctor! Very sweet and the retail staff were very helpful and friendly! Even though my insurance is out of network it was still less expensive than my primary and better service!
