- DDDanMay 7, 20235.0We have been going to this Vons’s pharmacy since it opened. Nothing but great things to say about it. Read a few reviews that surprised me. I have always been received with a smile. There have been waits but I try not to go around 5. Otherwise hardly ever a wait. They are constantly working so I can see how a phone call could take longer. But I truly appreciate them.

In the last 3 to 4 months the customer service has significantly declined to the point that I will no longer use this pharmacy even though it is the most convenient for me. The runaround, the miscommunication, and the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. When they are questioned about what went wrong, or why the prescription you are there to pick up is not there, you are handed off to multiple people, put on hold numerous times, only to be told that they are too busy to talk to you about the issue at hand and that they will have to call you back. It saddens me to say that I will NEVER utilize this pharmacy again.
