Dr Kaz and the first technician that performed the testing and retinal scan were fantastic and accommodating. Answered questions with patience and consideration.
The tech which I cannot recall her name, who performed the contacts training, which I requested after not wearing for many years was atrocious. Attitude was horrible, you can tell it was an inconvenience for her to be there to answer any questions. My wife who was in the waiting area, seen her till her eyes and have an attitude when the doctor requested her to assist me.
I was told to read the instructions at the base of a mirror and practice. After a couple minutes of fumbling with the first contact she walked off and didn’t return for about five minutes. She returns and states did you take them out and practice? I simply stated yes, because you’re obviously not interested in assisting.
Overall, a great experience either way. Wore contacts all day, no issues. Removed at home with no issues. Skip the “training” if you want any reassurance or oversight and watch a YouTube video.
Thank you Dr Kaz, and the other young lady that assisted. You were great. To the other lady, hopefully your customer service skills and demeanor changes before you cause these nice people’s reputation to be tarnished.
