Huge thank you to Esteban and Marco for fixing my sunglasses! They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The service was quick, and they made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. It’s rare to meet people who are both skilled and genuinely friendly. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them!

Don't go here!!! They say they take insurance then turn around and say they can't find it when you go to use it. We had to pay $600 out of pocket because they couldn't figure out how to do their job correctly and then told us we should contact our insurance for a refund. This is so unprofessional and a huge inconvenience especially at Christmas time. We could of used that money for Christmas presents but instead had to give it to these guys. Now I can't get my glasses or my eye exam, thanks to this company. This was rude, inconvenient, costly, and unprofessional especially when your TV in lobby had the insurance displayed on it. Check out the response when someone has put up a bad review, the responses are all the same it's looks like the owner is putting out a pre done or AI response to them. This makes me feel like they don't care about their customers at all. This should ha e been all handled the first time around or is this part of the whole scam that businesses do so they don't have e to deal with insurance so they can get all the money up front and the customer has to deal with the headache and huge time delay of it? I guess im just confused on why companies like this are so greedy and shady. That office lady that helped pick out the glasses helped me on the phone too to set up the appointment and she was so rude. She treated us as an inconvenience and we were bothering her. So not only did we have to pay way more than we should of we had to deal with your employees being rude and treating us as an inconvenience. This next part is just for the owner, please check your store and make some corrections. The way your staff behaved was horrible,we were over charged and spoken to in a disrespectful way and your only offer of help was to go to some website and make a claim, are you kidding me? It's Christmas and your company just really screwed me over. You should be making this right yourself. Without us customers you have no business and being rude to us and trying to push us aside to talk to some ai bot or whatever is not going to make this right. I would appreciate if you had someone call me to give me the refund you owe me. Im sure you do huge things for your family for Christmas, this is a time for giving and being kind and decent to eachother. I invite you to do that please. It really would make a difference if you took the time to make things right for the customers that ha e been mistreated by your company.

My experience in past years has been excellent, and normally I would assign either 4 or 5 stars. However, this year, an error was made when inputing my prescription; as a result, two pairs of my glasses (out of 3 pairs that I purchased) have to be remade. On top of that, I was not notified when my glasses were received. I finally followed up 4 weeks after my glasses had been ordered, and was told they were ready for pickup. No one could explain why I hadn’t been notified. (Normal delivery time has been two weeks.) The problem of a mistake in ordering my prescription also occurred in 2024 when I had new lenses made. There has been a substantial turnover of personnel; I don’t know if that may be the source of my problem.

I just read that multiple customers had a really bad experience from the same employee- a woman wearing glasses with dark long hair (I don’t know her name). I was there at 2pm Monday Dec 15th to pick up glasses that were getting repaired. Unfortunately I just had to deal with her. She is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. She has no business dealing with customers. I’m a supervisor of people and if I ever witnessed an employee of mine treating a customer in the manner that I was treated she would have been fired on the spot. I’ve bought many glasses at this location and have had multiple eye exams. I will never set foot in this location again and will tell many of my friends to go elsewhere. I know nothing will be done; she should have been let go long ago.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
