He worked with us to carefully select our caregiver and was always responsive if we needed to make any changes to our schedule. The care was reliable and fairly priced. Thank you!
- ASAlison SmithMay 1, 20215.0I had interviewed a few care agencies and chose to use Home Instead Senior care. Joe was very informative and explained the amount of training provided to his employees. I explained my mother's personality and he carefully thought of the right fit of caregivers to meet her needs. The caregiver, Gloria, won my mother over on the first day she came and the two of them got along great!! Although the time we had with her was shorter than expected, only 7 weeks, we are grateful for compassionate care and professionalism provided until my mother passed. Joe checked in with us weekly to make sure we were happy with the care given. I highly recommend this care group if you have a loved one in need.

He was so helpful a couple years ago when we need supplemental care for my mom as she entered hospice. Home Instead also recently helped my dad get back on his feet after a hospitalization. My dad loved the daily companionship (especially the morning omelettes) and it was so nice to know that someone was looking out for him while I was at work. I highly recommend Home Instead Thousand Oaks and will definitely use them again if needed.

He is so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure your loved is getting all the proper care that is needed, as well as doing house checks to make sure all the necessary equipment and necessities are available. If not, he will personally go out and get it to make sure everything is in place. His staff is so punctual and caring. They are amazing!!! I would give Home Instead 10 stars if I could!

They made me feel part of their family and bent over backwards to help our family. My dad's care needs kept changing and Joe always reassured me that he could handle it all. I was so impressed with their flexibility and urgency to help my family. There are companies that just take your money and do not take the time to understand your families needs. Joe and the others on staff seemed to REALLY love what they do and we never felt like a burden! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
