  The staff was really friendly and helpful! I needed blood work done, but I was dehydrated and they had trouble drawing my blood. They were very kind and patient, having me drink water and making me feel comfortable. They worked very hard to not poke me with needles if they didn’t have to. They joked with me and kept things casual and stress free. Very great staff!

  The staff at AFC Urgent Care in Thousand Oaks are wonderful. They answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the test results. If in need of an Ugent Care facility I In Thousand, this would be my recommendation.

  Everyone Was so helpful and pleasant. I came in with two different situations each in a different foot and they tended to that. I was very grateful. I had to come back in today for a bandage change and the nurse practitioner gave me pain, shots and antibiotics which I desperately needed. I am so grateful for this urgent care near my home. Thank you all

  The doctor and X-Ray tech were super nice and professional. Our on complaint is that we came in with a broken arm and since we weren’t yet in the “system” they were putting non urgent people in front of us while I was putting my info in. My poor kid was in so much pain and angst not knowing what was wrong and we had to wait longer because of that.
