Pilates Studio
Ritual Reform Pilates studio is the first high-intensity XFormer Pilates studio in San Luis Obispo County. We have three locations on the Central Coast in Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria. Our custom-designed machines delivery a modern, hybrid Pilates method that targets the entire body. The Ritual Reform Method combines high-intensity, low-impact training with slow, controlled movements, resistance, and core engagement to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Each class is 50 minutes long.
