Quest always delivers the best quality blood draw of any place I've been. I wish they would put a sign up near the sign in kiosk saying "You're going to need your driver's license, your insurance card," and basically list all the items you should take out of your pocket before you start the process. Results came up surprisingly fast.

Probably the best blood draw experience of my life. Had no idea she was even doing it. Very friendly, left with absolutely no bruising, everything was comfortable, wait time wasn’t bad either.

This is for the staff's information, as I had a very unpleasant experience waiting in line for someone who had an appointment time later than mine. Hopefully the technician can see this and be more mindful next time. From Google Gemini: Question: What if a 9:30am quest appointment checks in before a 9:00? Who should be serviced first? Answer: The 9:00 AM appointment should typically be serviced first, provided they check in within the allowed grace period. Quest Diagnostics uses a digital queuing system that prioritizes patients based on their scheduled time rather than just their check-in time. How the Queue Works in This Scenario: Priority by Appointment Time: If a 9:00 AM patient is still waiting when their appointment time arrives, the system is designed to move them up in the queue ahead of early arrivals and walk-ins. The 10-15 Minute Grace Period: If the 9:00 AM patient checks in more than 10–15 minutes late, they lose their priority status and are treated as a walk-in. In this case, the 9:30 AM appointment (who checked in early) would then be serviced before the late 9:00 AM arrival. Early Arrivals: If the 9:30 AM patient checks in early (e.g., at 8:50 AM), they are inserted into the queue at their actual check-in time but remain behind any on-time 9:00 AM appointments. Summary of Service Order: On-time Appointments: Serviced in order of their scheduled time (9:00 AM before 9:30 AM). Early Appointments: Placed in the queue but generally wait for their slot unless the technician is ahead of schedule.
