I called the next day to report the issue, but the staff member did not apologize at all. She only said that we needed to bring the expired lenses back to the store for an exchange. Providing expired contact lenses is unacceptable, especially for a product related to eye health. I expected much better customer service and much more care in handling a mistake like this.
