Any time l called l was able to speak to someone, unlike other providers who never answered the phone. I highly recommend them.

- CCCarlos CintronMay 7, 20241.0For the time that I dealt with them, these are a few problems that I encountered 1) Bad communication- didn’t received the necessary changes when I need it 2) Missing shifts and again no communication informing why they were no show and I had to miss some important Doctors appointments. 3) Received unqualified so called caregivers. Some examples: A) One that stated that she couldn’t change my wife, B) Another was afraid of my wife as soon as she saw her in her bed, C) Not qualified to take care of a dementia patient 4) Was told that they will call me back, and never received the call back. 5) Yes, they had a few good caregivers and I acknowledge that. But how things are, the bad things over power the good things. These are some of the problems that I encountered, and your experience might be better than mine, but in my case, is what matters the most when comes to take care of my wife that has dementia.
